Our expertise is built on precision. Our 12,000 sqm facility utilizes automated cutting systems and Juki/Pegasus machinery to ensure consistency. Unlike standard factories, we strictly apply AQL 2.5 quality standards across 5 inspection stages. Precision starts before the first stitch. We utilize automated digital cutting systems to ensure 0.1mm accuracy for every panel, eliminating fabric waste and size discrepancies. This is followed by our signature 4-needle 6-thread flatlock stitching, ensuring a chafe-free, second-skin fit for high-performance activewear.
